Spiral shaft separator
The SPLITTER is a new compact spiral shaft separator whose features open up a wide range of applications for material difficult to screen and high in contraries. Normally positioned after a shredder, the SPLITTER separates out coarse fractions and overlengths from pre-shredded fractions. The separating cut is selectable in the range 60 to 300 mm. Depending on the variant, the efficiency of the overall process can be increased with automatic return of the coarse fractions into a shredder interfaced downstream. The mobile versions are available as a 2-axle central trailer or as a hook lift module.
