Ease of operation and high-quality components mean the Multistar L3/L2 star screen mobile unit is perfect for continuous operation at large plants. Separation into three fractions (L2: two fractions) takes place in one operation – with windsifting and Fe-separation on request.The CLEANSTAR system guarantees a high level of sorting, regardless of material moisture. Unique flexibility with screen fractions produced – change of particle sizes is possible at the press of a button.

A series of options makes the machine a genuine allrounder: Wind sifter for coarse and medium fraction, magnetic rolls and rolling fraction separator. A switch enables the production of only two fractions. Hopper overload sidewalls, central lubrication, pneumatic spring axles increase the working comfort.

Always unclogged thanks to CLEANSTAR
The screen units are continually cleaned by the most simplest and efficient patented CLEANSTAR cleaning system. Each star has a wear-resistant cleaning finger that clears the screen gap to the surrounding stars on each rotation. So screening is always in season with Multistar star screens.
From fine to coarse by the press of a button
Particle size can be controlled by varying the rotation speed of the star shafts. The particle size in the bandwidth specified by the star geometry can be changed within seconds by the control panel with touchscreen and visualisation. A screen section from 8- 150 mm is covered due to different types and arrangement of the stars.
