Pre-shredding
The single-shaft TERMINATOR shredder with XF(extra fine)-equipment is used for the shredding step. Reliable shredding is guaranteed even with materials having high strength properties.
Ballistic separation
Ballistic separation is used to separate the combustable fraction from the waste stream and to split it into a high and medium caloric fraction. According to requirements also disc separators and drum screens are applied.

Post-shredding
Post shredding of the high-caloric fraction is done with the single-shaft shredder RASOR. The shredder is suitable for the generation of both fuels for fluidized bed plants (particle size ≤100 mm) and injectable fractions for rotary furnace plants in the cement industry (≤ 30 mm).
