A programme that overcame time zones
On all three days attendees could follow live sessions and talk to our specialists, and they made extensive use of the opportunity. To reach all partners in all time zones, we held each presentation twice, in the morning and in the afternoon. In addition to the latest innovations, the presentations covered our expertise in Customer Service, Rental & Used, Advisory Service, Corporate Social Responsibility and Brand Development. As a fitting conclusion and final highlight we held a virtual trade fair, where a Chat Corner in every area invited attendees to communicate directly with the respective specialists. Another popular feature was our challenge to partners to send in photos of them attending the e-Days.
