Our products have been setting standards since star screen technology was introduced into waste processing. At the heart of our technology are the screen decks with their reliable cleaning system and our many years of experience in the manufacturing of electric mobile machines.
The new L generation shows that proven technology can be improved even further – through consistent customer focus. An optimally usable feed hopper, higher screening performance thanks to staggered screen decks and access to the engine and coarse screen deck integrated into the frame are immediately impressive; further innovations prove their strength in daily use.

The choice is greater than ever: extended coarse screen decks on the L3-L and XL3, options such as wind sifters, rolling separators or return conveyors, and the Trailer and Track chassis variants guarantee the right machine for every requirement.
High separation
efficiency
The rotation speed of each of the three screen segments in the fine screen deck can be precisely adjusted, resulting in high separation efficiency. The staggered, slightly ascending arrangement increases throughput, and an optimally positioned wind sifter at the end of the screen deck ensures reliable plastic separation.
No worries with
bulky material
A long and deep feed hopper with a volume of up to 10 cubic metres makes feeding easy, the optional overload wall prevents spillage, and a scraper chain conveyor in conjunction with a metering drum ensures consistent transfer to the screen deck.
Clean and
durable
In this application, new star types with an adapted cleaning system increase service life: a specific design and the connection between the stars prevent wrapping and the resulting damage to the screen deck.
Maintenance
made easy
With the new generation of Multistar star screens, the hopper area can be conveniently accessed via the built-in ladder and a service hatch. This allows for inspection and maintenance of the coarse screen deck, the metering drum and the hopper.
